G5 Life

School Closed Again...

This was filmed on my way to school. If you listen closely, you'll hear them announce that school is now closed. This is the 3rd time they've announced we were late just to change to closed. My whole trip this morning was around 1 hour and 40 minutes. Yikes! I hope to see everyone tomorrow!! Enjoy your day off!

Powerpoint Presentations uploaded!

Check out our Social Studies link to see some of the first PowerPoint presentations the students made to teach the class.  They've already made another presentation and they get better each time!  The presentations are on the different jobs the colonists had in Colonial Boston.  Enjoy!!

Highland Music Field Trip

This past Thursday, the students of G5 went to Highland Middle to get a preview of the music program.  The field trip was intended to help stimulate interest and excitement in choir, orchestra, and band.

Happy Valentines Day!

The G5 had a great day celebrating Valentines day!  The students passed out Valentines and took time to get to know each better.  Have a great three day weekend and I'll see you on Tuesday.

G5 Life Magazine First Issue

The students have started the G5 Life Magazine which will feature what we are doing in class, book reviews, people stories, and other great stories.  Expect to see an issue every Friday!
